We are PennJersey Signs, a local weekend directional sign business serving new home communities and apartments throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

I’d like to discuss our potential to providing real estate sign placements for your company .  We are committed to delivering outstanding service in the placement of custom-designed, double-sided directional signs each weekend to lead buyers directly to your sales or rental office!

Here are some key features of our signs:

-custom-designed sign

-12x18 double-sided sign to direct traffic from both directions

-sturdy metal stand to stake into rough terrain and protect sign in strong winds

-custom directional arrows or text such as NEXT RIGHT, LEFT AT LIGHT.

Your office would purchase the signs; we would assemble, install on Friday night, and collect on Sunday night.

There is no contract required; you can add, change, or cancel service with 72 hours notice.

Standard price for installation is 30 signs for $119 or 60 signs for $209.  Those are our standard packages and will provide quotes if you require a different number.

The pricing for a standard order of 100 signs is as follows:
